1990's Still Got The Blues album was an abrupt and risky game-changer that reignited the tradition of blistering British blues guitar. Virgin then decided that this was no side project, this was going to be the next contracted Gary Moore album with the full backing of the record company and a budget to match. Rehearsals began in earnest at John Henry’s in north London. Wooler oversaw the project and Moore co-producing with Ian Taylor, who had engineered After The War.
